Honoring exceptional leadership and volunteerism in the Caribbean American Community

The 30 Under 30 Caribbean American Emerging Leaders/Change Makers Award is presented to individuals demonstrating leadership in the USA; a member country of CARICOM; or a non-independent British, French or Dutch Dependency. The nominee must be of Caribbean heritage, that is born in the Caribbean or have at least one parent from the Caribbean. The nominee can be from any sector of endeavor — Academic, Entrepreneur, Activist or Community Leader and must be able to demonstrate a body of work that is at least 3 years on an Agenda to promote the wellbeing of society here in the USA, or in the Caribbean. The nominee could also be a student leader, e.g. member of a Caribbean Student Association whose work has contributed to making a measurable difference on a University/College Campus in the USA or in their Community. The nominee must be between 18 and 30 years old through the year 2019
